ll888 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policy documents published by ll888:

• "ll888", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the ll888 online gaming platform, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" — refers to the ll888 website accessible at ll888.vu, including all subpages, game interfaces, account dashboards, and mobile web environments.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of ll888's registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered an Account or is accessing the ll888 Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" — refers to the real-money funds denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) held within a Player's ll888 Account, exclusive of any bonus credits that have not yet been converted through wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by ll888 that are subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that issues ll888's operating license and oversees compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that ll888 is required to conduct on all Player accounts under Philippine anti-money laundering and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — refers to jurisdictions from which Players are not permitted to access or use ll888, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

Access to the ll888 Platform and the ability to place real-money wagers is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age mandated by PAGCOR for participation in real-money online gaming in the Philippines. ll888 strictly enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet Balance.
• Location: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the ll888 Platform. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions — whether through direct connection, VPN, proxy, or any other technical means — is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register or maintain an Account.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ll888 Account. Opening or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order with ll888 or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list at the time of registration or login.
• Not an ll888 employee or associate: Current employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ll888's operating entity are not permitted to hold active gaming Accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on ll888, you must complete the Account registration process. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

ll888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information are subject to immediate suspension pending investigation, and to permanent closure if the information cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Account Security Obligations: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ll888 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number when prompted.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ll888 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ll888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed using your Wallet Balance — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified ll888 of a suspected breach and ll888 has had reasonable time to act on that notification.

All funds on the ll888 Platform are held and transacted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ll888 does not support foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• GCash — instant deposit; typical withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes.
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant deposit; typical withdrawal within 15–30 minutes.
• BDO Online Banking and BDO InstaPay
• BPI Online Banking and BPI BancNet
• Metrobank Online Banking
• UnionBank Online and InstaPay network transfers
• Other InstaPay-connected Philippine bank accounts

Deposit Rules: The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any processing fees imposed by the payment network) pending identity verification. ll888 reserves the right to request proof that a deposit originated from an account in your name before crediting the funds to your Wallet Balance.

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to AML compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification; ll888 may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment account ownership. ll888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days in cases where AML review is required.

ll888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion as displayed in your Account dashboard:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only wagers on eligible game categories — as specified per promotion — contribute toward wagering requirements. Wagers on excluded games do not count toward rollover completion.
• ll888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with advance notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Attempting to abuse promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any other means constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.
• ll888 may limit bonus eligibility based on Player history, deposit patterns, or other criteria at its reasonable discretion.

Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, ll888 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.

All games available on the ll888 Platform — including RNG-certified slot titles, live dealer casino games, sportsbook markets, bingo, and e-sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.

RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes on ll888 are determined by certified RNG systems subject to independent testing and audit. ll888 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not offer games that are not certified under applicable PAGCOR standards.

Sports Betting: ll888 sportsbook odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds at that moment are locked and will not be changed retroactively. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ll888's discretion.

Dispute Resolution for Game Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with ll888 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. ll888's review of game logs and RNG records is final in the absence of demonstrable platform error. If a demonstrable platform error has occurred, ll888 will void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the affected Players' Wallet Balances.

Connection Failures: ll888 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from your internet connection, device failure, or circumstances beyond ll888's reasonable control. Where a disconnection results in an unresolved game state, ll888's server-side records of the game state at the moment of disconnection are authoritative.

ll888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with all PAGCOR-mandated player protection requirements. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both ll888 and all Players:

• Age enforcement: ll888 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gaming age of 21 years. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account immediately closed and any Wallet Balance forfeited pending regulatory guidance.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion at any time through the Account dashboard or by contacting ll888 customer support. Self-exclusion periods start at a minimum of 6 months. During an active self-exclusion period, ll888 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing gaming features on the Platform.
• Deposit and loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through the Account dashboard. Reductions to limits take immediate effect. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session reminders: ll888 provides session time reminders configurable at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals. Players are encouraged to use these tools to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic reality check notifications are available to all Players and can be configured through Account settings.

ll888 encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to use the self-exclusion and limit tools available in their Account dashboard immediately, and to seek support from qualified organizations. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. Never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ll888 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or documents.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other conduct that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or PAGCOR AML compliance rules.
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated wagering across multiple Accounts, wagering arbitrage designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any strategy designed to exploit promotion terms in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or funding the Account of, any individual who is subject to an active self-exclusion order or who does not meet ll888's eligibility requirements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the technical operation of the ll888 Platform or its underlying systems.

ll888 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will trigger an immediate investigation. ll888's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the dispute escalation process set out in these Terms.

All content on the ll888 Platform — including but not limited to the ll888 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ll888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ll888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ll888 content without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on ll888's brand, game interfaces, or any other proprietary Platform element.
• Use ll888's trademarks, logos, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Scrape, frame, mirror, or cache any portion of the ll888 Platform for commercial or non-personal use.

Any unauthorized use of ll888's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ll888's total liability to any Player in connection with the ll888 Platform — regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ll888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether or not ll888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Platform Availability: ll888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical incidents, third-party service outages (including payment processor outages), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. ll888 will make reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability promptly but does not accept liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.

Third-Party Game Content: Certain games on the ll888 Platform are provided by third-party game studios and live dealer providers. ll888 facilitates access to this content but does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party game. Game-specific disputes involving third-party content will be subject to review of the relevant provider's server-side records alongside ll888's records.

ll888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy document published by ll888.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or failure to provide documentation satisfactory to ll888's compliance team.
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A request from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or a competent law enforcement authority.
• The Player's own request to close their Account.
• Extended Account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Fund Return Upon Closure: Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, ll888 will return any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to AML review) to the Player via the Player's most recently used verified withdrawal method within 10 business days of closure confirmation. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, ll888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Wallet Balance pending investigation and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

Inactive Account Fees: After 12 consecutive months of inactivity, a monthly administration fee of ₱50 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the Wallet Balance of an inactive Account. ll888 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before inactivity fees begin to accrue.

ll888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the core features of ll888's service — ll888 will provide advance notice of the changes by:

• Publishing an updated version of these Terms at ll888.vu/terms-conditions with a revised effective date prominently displayed at the top of the document.
• Displaying an in-platform notification within your Account dashboard on your next login following the amendment.
• Sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account, where email communications are enabled.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates required to comply with a change in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ll888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the ll888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing any external remedy, you agree to first submit any dispute to ll888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ll888 customer support with a full written description of your complaint. ll888 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and endeavor to resolve the dispute within 15 business days of acknowledgment.

PAGCOR Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ll888's internal resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures. ll888 cooperates fully with PAGCOR complaint investigations and will provide all relevant Account records and game logs requested by PAGCOR in connection with a filed complaint.

Jurisdiction: For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
